Travel Tip of the Day -- Reusable Water Bottles

Our travel tip of the day is to always bring a reusable water bottle when you travel, whether domestically or internationally. I can not tell you the number of times that I wished I brought a reusable water bottle. My desire for a bottle can range from a weekend drive for a couple of hours to a trip overseas.

For trips involving flights, the water bottle can help you in airports and on planes, let alone once you land. I can assure that filing up a bottle of water at the airport or on a plane is cheaper than buying a bottle of water after security. When traveling around, it is nice to have a bottle of water. If you are taking a hike, there are not too many places you can by a bottle of water.

When I was overseas, I would typically fill my water bottle at breakfast prior to heading for the day. So I was always assured of having a beverage especially if it was hot out.

Also, for those environmentally inclined, a reusable water bottle reduces the amount of plastic waste arising from buying a water in a plastic bottle.
